齐燕铭，曾用名齐振勋、齐震、田在东，笔名齐鲁、叶之余等。蒙古族。北京人。出身于破落的蒙古封建贵族家庭，姓齐利特氏。自幼勤奋好学，对金石篆刻、书法、京戏均有兴趣。是“桐城派”末代代表人物，中国近现代著名国学大师、古文学家、著作家、诗人、教育家吴北江的弟子。同著名诗人、书法家曾克专、贺孔才，于省五，潘伯鹰等都为吴的门生。
