款识：时在癸亥孟夏以应元复先生法家雅属，十七树某花山馆二仲丁尚庾客金陵。
钤印：丁尚庾（白）
丁二仲，原名丁尚庾，亦作上庾，艺作均署二仲，遂以此行。祖籍浙江绍兴。其父为小吏于河北通州，幼随任所。丁二仲不但对内画（鼻烟壶）艺术精通，而且对金石、篆刻、竹刻颇有研究，是晚清著名的艺术家。其山水、人物、花鸟各类均擅，多数是仿宋，元、明、清绘画，画风博雅深邃，别具一格。与周乐元、马少宣、叶仲三号称晚清内画四大家。
