款识：光绪戊申二月下浣，冷痴三人老属画，双园居士李宝章时年六十。
钤印：宝章（朱）
李宝章（江苏常州市人）字谷宜，一字斐园、谷贻，晚号待壹老人（念仔次子）同治癸酉科顺天举人，刑部员外郎，广西司行走，赏戴花翎三品衔，浙江尽先补用道，工山水花卉，晚年侨居苏州，以诗画字遣，寿至八十岁。
