一面题识“璇玑图。五彩相宣广八寸，织得回文寄妾恨。文中能织君心回，襄江愁杀赵阳台”、另一面题识“苏若兰。苏蕙字若兰，窦滔妻也。滔镇襄阳，携宠姬赵阳台往。苏织锦成回文寄滔，情好如初。回文广八寸，五彩相宣，凡八百四十字，得诗三百余首”璇玑图相传是前秦才女苏蕙所作回文诗，相关事迹题识中亦介绍。据统计，其图共计八百四十一字，纵横二十九字，纵、横、斜、交互、正、反读或退一字、迭一字均可成诗，诗有三、四、五、六、七言不等，共计成诗一千余首，流传广泛。
