佩饰为青白玉质，局部呈现米黄色浅沁。整器作长条形、片状，雕刻一侧身蹲坐状之人，两面呈对称效果。整体以阴刻线浅浮雕出身上各部位细节，人五官刻画清晰，凤眼、大耳，头戴勾状羽冠，羽冠呈左右两片状，双臂拳曲于胸前。人之下为延长装饰的立鸮形扁榫。此器整体风格质朴，片状外轮廓雕刻与细部表现有机结合，既反映雕工技艺，又具时代特色。
