此尊观音由黄杨木雕成。木质细腻，抛亮度极好，色泽雅致。观音像束高髻，双目低垂，隆鼻，小口，面容安和，神态安祥，丰满圆润，身披天衣，体态平腴，一手扶袖，一手持念珠，寓意得到菩提。观音像面部圆润，线条柔和，衣纹则曲折起伏，刚柔相济，充满张力。赤脚而立，欲刚驾云而来，风采卓然。整体造型飘逸，雕工精致，线条婉转流畅，实属观音像中之精品。
