A large sampler, 'Sarah Phillips's work in the year 1860, Age 9 years', embroidered with a cottage and garden, and further flowers and trees, animals and birds. With a floral border and mounted in a wooden frame. Sampler 66cms by 55cms, frame 75cms by 64cms. *CR Generally good, a little discolouration to the backing over time in places and the odd small mark/minor stain.
