小凤仙（1900年8月－1954年，一说1976年 ），原名朱筱凤，偏房所生，后改名为张凤云、张洗非，“小凤仙”是卖唱时的艺名。小凤仙成名于上海，走红于北平，无疑是民国初年的风云人物。适革命英雄蔡锷为袁世凯所困，与小凤仙两情相绻，仗义巧施脱逃之计，蔡旋与革命党结合，起义反袁，促成二次革命成功。她的传说在民间广泛流传，脍炙人口。其爱国义举，先后编成电影（《知音》）、电视，普受欢迎。\N
