Front flyleaf damaged and loose, the rear one missing. 108 unnumbered leaves, the first with a table of contents, the other 107 pages in black and red ink on sheepskin parchment, with plainchant music in 6-line staves in red, with square and diamond notes in black. The text 20 mm high. Many initials in contemporary colouring. The pages with some staining and yellowing, occasionally some damages to the edges. The song texts on the first three pages rewritten in a poor manner. Calf leather on massive wooden boards, two massive hinged iron clasps anchored on the front, two corner pieces and a round open worked center piece front and back. The rear cover broken in the center. Seven cords, the back missing (a fragment included). The rear with an old handwritten label, "Miss. y Vspr. de Varios Santos Glorias y Credos p. 1a Clase".
