The case with the serial number "226479", lids on both sides (the back cover engraved with a monogram), the hinged dust cover bearing various hallmarks with fineness "0.750" and "18K" or Helvetia mark, inscribed "Vacheron & Constantine, Genève" with a Maltese cross.
