青黄玉料，玉质古朴，通体受沁，沁色厚重。器体呈长方条状，双檐式，两端出檐，且向下微弯卷，起棱为边栏。背侧透雕方孔，作贯穿革带之用。表面高浮雕一条螭龙，身体修长，呈 S 形扭曲，穿梭于云纹之间。细长尾分叉翻卷密布短细的阴刻线，刀法极为流畅，整体造型十分灵动。来源：同一藏家旧藏
