|说明：谭尚忠（1722-1796），字因夏，一字古愚，号荟亭，江西南丰人。清代著名廉吏、文学家。乾隆十六年（1751）进士，历任广东高廉道、河南按察使、广东按察使、甘肃按察使、山西布政使、山西巡抚、安徽巡抚，后因事忤逆权臣和珅，贬谪为福建按察使，后起用为云南布政使、云南巡抚。谭尚忠办事讲究原则，不徇私情，弹劾官员不避嫌怨，不畏权势，为官四十多年，清正廉明，身无长物。
