此眼镜盒用黄杨整料挖空而成，浅浮雕人物故事。盖面雕“张果老倒骑驴”纹样，果老束髻冠纀，长髯清癯，额头皱纹蹯蹯，神态憨朴。身着素禅衣，脚纳草履，右手持渔鼓，与身下的驴同为张果老的法宝。底面饰高士骑驴，一旁童子肩抗长仗，上挂葫芦，虽高士而行。眼镜盒盖及底沿刻有转折回头单线。整器不施寸漆，双面满功浮雕，设计巧妙，制作精美。外壁皮壳包浆厚实完整，油润莹亮。其内掏膛挖制，便于放置折迭式眼镜。
