A group of three Chinese cloisonne items; dated to Republic Period, two quails and a covered bowl. The covered bowl, with gilt foo lion finial, has a pink ground over with images of Chinese antique and table articles throughout. Two gold metal handles anchored by beast heads on the sides. Design continues on base, with 5 small feet to lift the bowl over surface. The two quails have a blue ground and blue interior. The covers have a head on one side and feathers around the neck and on the sides. Base has a protruding tail and metal Quail feet.Quails: H. 5" (12.7 cm), L. 8" (20.3 cm) Covered Bowl: D. 7" (17.8 cm)Condition: all in good condition with surface wear and patina
