A Qianlong vase of this form covered with a similar glaze is illustrated in Porcelains from the Tianjin Municipal Museum, Hong Kong, 1993, pl.162;pare also to a closely related vase in the Nanjing Museum of the same height as the present lot, illustrated in Treasures in the Royalty. See a Qianlong period eel-skin-glazed bottle vase, which was sold at Hong Kong Sotheby's, 8 April 2011, lot 3032.小盤口，圓唇外侈，圈足外撇，器表所罩顔色較茶葉末釉黃潤之鱔魚黃釉。鱔魚黃釉屬於鐵、鎂結晶釉，是雍正時期唐英創燒的釉色品種。雍正十三年唐英《陶成紀事碑記》記載，景德鎮御窯廠'仿廠官釉，有鱔魚黃、蛇皮綠、黃斑點三種。這三種均是以氧化鐵為著色劑的高溫釉，只是因燒成氣氛的不同而呈色不同。這類官窯器以瓶類最為多見，造型既有傳統造型，又有仿古青銅器。此盤口瓶器型規整，釉色偏黃，色如鱔魚皮，釉面細膩、勻凈，為典型的乾隆沿續雍正朝製品。鱔魚黃，蟹殼青以及茶葉末三色相近，同一器型三色皆有燒製。可比較一件天津市藝術博物館藏清乾隆茶葉末釉直頸瓶，見《天津市藝術博物館藏瓷》，香港，1993年，圖板162。南京博物館一茶葉末釉直頸瓶亦資比較，與本拍品等高，見《宮廷珍藏中國清代官窯瓷&#...
