菩萨头戴花冠，顶结高发髻，耳侧缯带呈U字形翻卷，耳下垂圆环。面形方正，面容庄严肃穆。双目低垂，嘴角略向上翘，透露出菩萨悲天悯人之意。双肩宽厚，腰部收束，躯体柔软，肌肉饱满有力。上身饰项圈和长链，下身着长裙，腰间束宝带，腰带下亦有璎珞装饰，双肩披大帔帛，手和足部有钏独装饰。结助跌坐于双层束腰莲花宝座上，两手置胸前结说法印，手心各牵一莲茎，左右肩花上分别安置经书和宝剑。
