王雪涛，中国现代著名小写意花鸟画家。1903出生，1982逝世，河北成安人。原名庭钧，字晓封，号迟园。自幼喜绘画，1918年入保定直隶高等师范附设手工图画科，毕业后到小学执教。1922年考入北平艺术专科学校西画系，后转读国画系，受教于陈师曾、萧谦中、汤定之、王梦白等诸位前辈，尤受王梦白影响最大。
