提要：是造像全称《襄威将军柏仁令齐州魏郡魏县曹望憘造像》，刻于北魏正光六年（525）。四面刊刻，三面为画像，一面为题记。造像正书22行，行9字，风骨俊秀，稳慎精当，系魏碑精品。清光绪年间在山东省临淄县桐林庄发现，后归陈介祺收藏。1921年售与法国巴黎博物馆，现藏美国费城大学博物馆。此拓本浓墨精拓，石面满布鱼籽纹。捶拓严谨，墨色研雅，颇为别致传神。与《北京大学图书馆藏历代金石拓本菁华》相较，细微处皆吻合，为原拓无疑。且颇为清晰，故为较初拓本。惜有部分残损。
