LARGE IMARI PLATE / SHALLOW BOWL / WALL PLATE, Asia / Japan, porcelain, polychrome painted with gold-coloured accents. Unmarked, under the stand with depressions due to the manufacturing process. Round, slightly moulded form. Mirror with medallion containing a flower vase with shrub. Inner wall with a total of 4 cartouches containing 2 repeating motifs: "Bird on tree" and "Flower cartouche". Painting partially raised, e.g. green leaves; probably in cold painting. The reverse of the wall is decorated with various symbols. H. 6,5 cm, D. 45,5 cm. Innere Wandung mit insgesamt 4 Kartuschen, darin 2 sich widerholende Motive: "Vogel auf Baum" und "Blütenkartusche". Malerei partiell erhaben ausgeführt z.B. grüne Blätter; vermutlich in Kaltmalerei. Wandung rückseitig mit unterschiedlichen Symbolen dekoriert. H. 6,5 cm, D. 45,5 cm. (Gebrauchsspuren, Rand partiell bestoßen, Malerei mit Fehlstellen / berieben).
