Barrel-shaped lidded vessel on a round stand, lid and body with surrounding hemispherical frieze. Numerous cartouches with detailed figural scenes, e.g. bird over flowering shrub, women in conversation. Cartouches framed by floral flower and vine decorations on a gold coloured background. H. 10 cm, d. 7,7 cm. (Painting partially rubbed; slightly bumped). DECKELDOSE / TEEDOSE, Asien / China, Porzellan, ohne Signatur. Polychrom und goldfarben staffiert, gestaltet in Anlehnung an "famille verte"-Porzellan. Tonnenförmiges Deckelgefäß auf Rundstand, Deckel und Korpus mit umlaufendem Halbkugelfries. Zahlreiche Kartuschen mit detailreichen figürlichen Szenen - u. a. Vogel über Blütenstrauch, Frauen im Gespräch. Kartuschen eingefasst von floralem Blüten- und Rankendekor auf goldfarbenem Fond.
