A WUCAI ´CHRYSANTHEMUM´ PORCELAIN BOWL, 17th CENTURYChina, early Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). The deep round sides rising from a ring foot to a gently flared rim, the exterior finely decorated in emerald-green and lime-yellow enamels as well as iron-red above the glaze to depict leafy chrysanthemums above a band of lappets, the interior with a central chrysanthemum bloom and a band of spirals below the mouth rim. Condition: Good condition with minor wear and firing flaws, minor surface scratches and fritting to the foot rim. Provenance: Notable collection, New York.
