A HARDWOOD ‘EGGPLANT’ WATER DROPPER, QINGChina, late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). Finely carved in the shape of an eggplant issuing from a short stem with leaves, with a butterfly on top. With a tiny opening at the stalk, and a larger hole to the center of the fruits body. Condition: Very good condition with minor surface wear, and slight surfaces scratches.
