|本品圆领，对襟，平袖端，裾四开。对襟缀铜鎏金镂空扣五枚。石青色团素纱衣身，胸前背后各一纳纱平金绣狮子补子。值得一提的是，补子并非补缀，而是直接在补服上一体绣制，当中用平金法绣一雄狮摇头摆尾逐日而奔，四周环绕佛家八宝以纳沙法绣成，下方海水波光粼粼，外围缠枝莲纹边框。此服纹饰配色端正大方，绣工精美绝伦，依其形制为武官二品补服，存世极少。
