张彦青，原名焕，字剑进，号抚愠斋主。山东省临清市人，（1917年——2007年），大学毕业。1943年毕业于北平辅仁大学美术系。1946年又毕业于重庆中央大学艺术系国画专业，先后从师于臧克家、陈少梅、溥雪斋、汪慎生、陈缘督、启功、徐悲鸿、黄君壁、傅抱石、谢稚柳诸大师。中国美术家协会会员，历任中国美术家协会山东分会常务理事，山东省政协委员兼政协书画组副组长，山东省文史研究馆馆员，山东老年书画研究会副会长，济南军区老战士书画研究会顾问，中国书画函授大学山东分校教授，山东老年大学教授，齐鲁书画研究院院长。
