款识：光绪五年己卯正月上澣，彭城金士恒写。 钤印：士恒有心（朱） 金士恒，清咸丰至光绪年间人。中国向日本教授宜兴紫砂陶“拍打镶接”技艺的是金士恒，他被日本誉为“陶业祖师”。据著名考古学家、南京博物院原副院长宋伯胤考证，金士恒是“安徽铜山县人”“安徽徐州铜山县人”。
