岑学恭（1917-2009）三峡画派创始人，满族，绥远新城（呼和浩特）人。曾为一级美术师、中国美术家协会会员、中华名人协会会员、中国诗书画研究院院士、北京大学东方书画家协会常务理事、人民日报神州书画院顾问、中国避暑山庄保护协会长，白书画研究会顾问、满族书画家联谊会顾问、日本现代美术家联盟海外理事、四川省文史馆巴蜀诗书画研究会会长、四川省政协书画研究院院长、成都市政协书画院院长。
一九七九年初夏写为梓君同志惠正，学恭于嘉州。
