The porcelain stem bowl stands on expanding foot, body depicts scrolling ocean wave and other archaic bands, the top has domed cover with bridge shaped finial, glazed overall in deep blue, six character JIAQING mark inside the cover.|Qing Dynasty period.||Diameter: 1 1/8 in (2.9 cm)|清嘉慶 霽藍釉豆|豆原為商周時期的盛放器，後用於祭祀禮儀。清代自雍乾開始，仿古之風盛行。本品即為嘉慶朝延續乾隆時期仿古祭器之作。由蓋、身兩部分組成，通體罩以祭藍釉，仿照青銅器“蓋器對銘”舊式，分別于蓋內及器底凸印“大清嘉慶年製”篆書款識。清代《欽定大清會典圖》對豆的紋飾有如下描述：“製同者，皆腹為垂雲紋、回紋，校為波紋、金為紋，足為黻紋，蓋為波紋、回紋，頂用綯鈕……”對比本器紋飾，與文獻記載完全相同。整器紋飾古樸，格調典雅，霽藍釉顏色沉靜，肅穆異常。
