It is made of topaz round carving, the jade is warm and delicate, the color is like chestnut, and the part has a brown color, which is natural and simple. The jade tortoise is small and cute, with round eyes and a cerebellum that looks straight ahead. The texture of the tortoise shell is clear and detailed, and the round arrows are carved on the tortoise shell, which means "the heart is like an arrow". The text is carved on the reverse side, the handwriting is clear, and the mysterious color is extremely strong. 古人認為，龜能通靈，可以預知未來，龜極其長壽，近之吉祥。是以紅山文化、良渚文化等史前文化中常見玉龜、玉鱉，商代王室占卜大量使用龜甲，為今天留下了珍貴的甲骨文。到了漢代，龜與皇權融為一體，視龜為祖宗的神靈，保佑漢室江山千秋萬代。採用黃玉圓雕製成，玉質溫潤細膩，色如甘栗，局部帶有褐色沁色，沁色自然古樸。玉龜小巧可愛，雙目圓瞪，小腦直視前方，龜甲紋理清晰，刻畫細緻，龜甲之上圓雕箭頭，有“歸心似箭”之意。反面雕琢文字，字跡清晰，神秘色彩極為濃重。 “龜”的發音通“貴”，成為一種權利的符號。整器取材優良，沁色優美，雕琢細緻入微，讓人嘆為觀止。
