The technique of picking red lacquerware matured in the Song and Yuan Dynasties and developed in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The cover box is square in shape, the whole body is painted with red lacquer, and the cover is decorated with "arhat", "crane" and "eight treasure fish pattern". The surroundings are decorated with "wrapped branch flower pattern" and "brocade pattern".
