倪进祥，1972年生于安徽无为。自幼拜杨尚模先生为师，并得到启功、沈鹏等名家的指授。中国书法家协会理事，中国硬笔书法协会常务理事，中国楹联学会副会长，中华诗词学会会员，中央国家机关书法家协会副主席，中国硬笔书法协会草书委员会秘书长、中国楹联学会书法艺术委员会副秘书长，解放军书法创作院艺术委员，解放军铁军书画院艺术顾问。
