说明：筒瓶在晚明清初甚为流行，其形似大象腿部，又称“象腿瓶”。本品圆口，溜肩，长腹直筒，细砂底，胎体厚重，瓶内外施釉匀净泛青，外口沿及近足处的暗刻纹饰为崇祯时期善用装饰手法。外壁通景绘汉钟离度吕洞宾故事，人物比例较小，二仙席地而坐，松下论道，有晚明文人画之意境。汉钟离留有道士发髻，络腮胡须，坦胸露乳，手举芭蕉扇，侃侃论道。吕洞宾手持药草，闲坐对面，整体画面闲适恬静。此外，丹炉仙烟袅袅，仙气氤氲，仙鹿寻踪而来，寓意吉祥。 明末清初时期以道教八仙为主题的瓷器，多为祝寿之作，人物比例较大，场面热闹，而似本品如此雅静恬淡的八仙题材作品，较为少见，难能可贵。台北故宫博物院藏品《欢联庆节》册页与本品画意相类，可为参照。
