款识：“乾隆年制”四字双行篆书款
微唇口，竹节式长颈，圆腹微扁，底承外撇圈足。口沿两侧贯耳及足墙均饰回纹，肩部饰双层莲瓣纹，虽为阴刻屏面，但立体感颇强，腹部饰卷草纹，刀口深峻，卷草脉络立体，富有韧劲。底部刻“乾隆年制”四字双行篆书款，为后刻款识。此瓶造型精巧饱满，纹饰塑造精致，工艺醇熟，凸显古朴隽雅，时代特征极为鲜明。
整器包浆浑实老道，熟栗皮壳完整统一，油亮如缎，更添几分古雅文静之气，若点缀案头，将美不胜收此种样式的明代贯耳瓶，还见于掐丝珐琅制品。
