作者简介：周侪亮（？-1887），原名之翰，字西屏，麻哈州人（今属贵州）。咸丰己未（1859）考取国子监学正、学录。同治壬戌（1862）以部试第一人补授内阁中书，晋级侍读。历任绵州、宜宾知县，马边、打箭炉同知，以军功升知府，加道衔。以练团、劝农、息讼、课士为任。握符廿年，廉洁清正。光绪丁亥（1887）卒官，年六十一。
