杨济川（1903-1976）号汝舟，四川富顺人，1903年出生，自幼好艺 ，1927年考入北平艺专，师承谢惠庭，于花鸟、山水、人物皆深入研究，无不精通，尤长于南田没骨画法。毕业后留校任教，与齐白石、黄宾虹、溥心畬诸公同事。新中国成立后任重庆美术公司经理、市政协委员，多作竹簾画出口换汇支援国家建设。戊戌灯节，济川于重庆。杨济川
