设色纸本 镜片尺寸：134×66cm 约8平尺作者简介：吴观岱(1862－1929),初名宗泰，字观岱，以字行，一字念康，号洁翁、适盦、觚庐，晚号江南布衣，又别号观道人、渔陆散人、溪山画隐、小梅花庵主，室名继春轩。江苏无锡人。“海上画派”重要代表画家。幼为酒店学徒，爱好绘画，以学徒津贴购买纸墨。初学于人物画家潘锦，后师法华岩、恽南田，清逸雅致。中年随廉惠卿赴北京，荐入内庭，为光绪皇帝绘课本故事，名扬京师。辛亥革命后被蔡元培聘为北京大学绘画指导老师，为“江南四吴”(吴湖帆、吴待秋、吴子深)之一。擅长山水、人物、梅花、墨竹，亦善书法。
