款识：1.秉甫乡台先生鉴政，癸酉仲夏，由里山人谷瑛缪莆孙写菊于沪西眺谢轩南窗寓次。2.秉甫先生正，高毅书。品相：画心边沿有磨损、撕裂。我们为您提供的上述拍品图片及状况说明，仅供参考。竞买人参拍前，请仔细查看图片或调阅实物，具体状况以实物为准。1.缪谷瑛，字莆孙，号由里山人、晚香室主。江苏江阴人。为黄山寿再传弟子。工画花卉，最擅写菊。寄居上海，曾任教于仓圣明智大学，为国画教师。时哈同爱俪园中名菊甚众，其课余必往写生。工笔彩绘，极得秋色晚香之盛。经历年积累，笔下所绘之菊达三百余种，时人称之为“画菊专家”。工诗，有《晚香室诗钞》稿。2.高毅，字得斋，别署静观山房，浙江仁和人。高邕之子。钤印：1.莆孙、由里山人2.高毅
