张登堂，1944年出生于山东省聊城市，1962年毕业于济南艺术学校美术科。师从李可染、李苦禅等国画大师学习创作，作品主要为山水画等题材，现为中国美术家协会会员，山东省政协委员，山东省美协理事，济南市美协副主席，山东画院山水画研究会会长，山东大学美术考古研究所兼职教授，山东省政协联谊书画院副院长，河山画会理事，济南画院院长，一级美术师。
