1790 － 1867 江戸時代後期の裝剣金工。熊穀旗本的次子。師從熊穀義之(Yoshiyuki) 學習。後入贅山形縣的船田家的女婿改名船田，出師後成為鶴岡藩的御用刀劍師，由於明治禁刀令，生活所迫做了大量的出口歐洲的銅胎鑲 嵌金銀的花瓶等擺件，這對就是當時出口歐洲的回流品，以江戶時期最高等級的鑲嵌工藝成就的金工花瓶。
