款识：伯昭总管大人尊祝，侍史文征明拜上。 鉴藏印：吴兴张氏图书之记（朱）、张珩私印（白）、大风堂珍藏印（朱）文征明（1470-1559），原名壁，字征明。42岁起以字行，更字征仲。汉族，长州（今江苏苏州）人。善山水、兰竹、人物、花卉诸科，尤精山水。早年师事沈周，后致力于赵孟俯、王蒙、吴镇三家，自成一格。
