款识：大清乾隆年制 备注：庆宽家族旧藏。 壁瓶最早见于万历官窑，背面平直，设有一孔，可供穿系悬挂，清宫对壁瓶的称谓改为“挂瓶”、“轿瓶”，名称的变化亦反映功能的转变，乾隆时期壁瓶多出一个重要功能就是悬挂在皇帝的御辇中。乾隆皇帝特别钟情于轿瓶，将十四式壁瓶挂饰在珍藏稀世法帖的养心殿三希堂的东板墙上，还把轿瓶作为其御辇的饰品，供途中插花欣赏。本品通体以釉上紫彩为地子，绘虞美人花数朵，画面清新洒脱，精逸秀雅，别有一般气韵精神。 瓷器以虞美人花卉图作为装饰，开始于康熙朝，在雍正时期达到鼎盛。据耿宝昌先生《明清瓷器鉴定》载，“这与当时督窑官唐英的偏爱不无关系。经文学家考证：景德镇御窑厂所在的珠山上，清代曾遍植娇艳的虞美人花。因而此时粉彩中绘虞美人花卉之多，绝非偶然。”
