是书据宋廖莹中世彩堂本覆刻。影刻精美，与万曆间徐时泰东雅堂覆宋廖莹中本《昌黎集》并称为"明版双璧"。版心下刻"济美堂"3字，每集末有"东吴郭云鹏校寿梓"木记。卷尾附河间贾臻补抄《河东先生文集后序》及其道光庚寅题识一则，云“先大夫与宛平史先生兆兰据宋本及善敬堂诸本校勘数过"，据此可知通篇之墨笔批校系出于贾臻之父贾汝愚及其友史兆兰。另有题记二则，分附首尾。
