梁启超先生亦为研究《稼轩词》之大家。从是书“凡例”中得知梁启超曾多次校临、考证不同版本《稼轩词》，但未完而病猝发；后启勋继伯兄未竟之业，将宋四卷本、信州十二卷本以及《永乐大典》中辑得补遗，终编成此书。书中共收词623首，并附《稼轩先生南归后之年表》，为《稼軒詞》之最善本。书品完好，版刻极精，为民国精刊精印本。中国科学院院士、机械学家刘仙洲先生旧藏之物。
