是本为释宗泐、释如玘二僧奉诏注释《心经》。卷前有引首图、明太祖御制序，卷末有“正德十年夏五月望日重刊”刊记及“司礼太监扶安”木印记。
扶安，明弘治间任御用监太监，嘉靖初改任司礼监太监。方升《大岳志略》卷四录有其诗《登太和山》一首。徐乾学《传是楼书目》载：“《通鉴纲目集说》五十九卷，明扶安、晏宏，二十九本。”
