是书系增补考订法医学名作《洗冤集录》之书，内容涉及清听讼断狱的办案经验和瞻伤察创的法医验尸技术。此本首有清道光二十三年童濂序，书末镌“国子监典簿前平阴县知县许乔林石华校刊”一行。原文用墨色，王又槐集证用红色，阮其新补注用蓝色，王、阮二人注解皆印于书眉。行文参以红色句读，展读之余，三色兼备，颇可玩味。卷四末附骨骼图两幅，刊印亦甚精细。末册为叶玉屏著、朱性斋增补作吏要言一卷，系研究法医学发展及清代刑律制度的重要文献。
