是书系清代著名温热病学专著，书中选录从《内经》《伤寒杂病论》中有关温热病的论述，并引录前人的注文以阐明温热病病原、辩证及治法。以轩岐仲景之文为经，叶薛诸家之辨为纬，其经验之深，用药之慎，论列之详，可师可法。拍品竹纸印本，老装未衬，刻印精良。天头有沙起辰朱墨两色批注，并钤“子和”印。沙氏批注内容多为经验之谈，或为清末医家。
