Description

林纾（1852-1924），初名群玉，字琴南，号畏庐，福建闽县人。 光绪八年举人。工诗及古文，以译外国小说一百八十余种著称于世。擅山水，又能花鸟。平生以译书为业，鬻书画文章自给。晚年定居北京，著述繁富。为海派名家之一。 李拔可（1876-1953），号墨巢，清光绪二十年举人，能诗，工书法，着有《顾果亭诗》《墨巢词》。出宰桃源县、泗阳县，候补知府，有政声。民国时期，入商务部书馆，与张元济、鲍咸昌、高凤歧等合称“商务四老”。
