长18.0cm，直径8.1cm
带钩白玉质，温润细腻，局部带沁。雕苍龙教子题材，钩体宽扁，钩首呈龙首状，丰额突目，粗眉上卷，宽鼻阔口，双颌微启，头生双角，脑后生鬣威严赫赫。龙身雕琢成弧曲的板状钩身，其下有突起的圆钮。其上雕琢一只小螭龙，鬃毛飘洒，四肢矫健，屈身灵动，双尾分叉卷曲，昂首与大龙相对，四足凌空，神采奕奕。两龙神形俱佳，生动迤逦，顾盼之际，表现大龙对小龙施以淳淳教导，威严之中亦有脉脉温情，体现望子成龙之意。整体工料俱佳，造型端庄优雅，纹饰线条颇为细腻，顶端镶嵌凸透镜更添趣味，藏玩皆宜。
