该品为蛙形，通体施炉钧釉，釉色典雅，色彩斑斓。炉钧釉创于清雍正年间，盛行于雍正，乾隆二朝，因低温炉内烧成仿宋钧釉而得知其名。《南窑笔记》载；“炉均一种，乃炉中所烧，颜色流淌中有红点者为佳，青点次之”。 笔洗是一种传统工艺品，属于文房四宝笔、墨、纸、砚之外的一种文房用具，是用来盛水洗笔的器皿，以形制乖巧、种类繁多、雅致精美而广受青睐，传世的笔洗中，有很多是艺术珍品。
