A Porcelain Copper-Red-Glazed Interlock Branches Meiping Vase ( 25.6cm x 43.4cm )Robert Wacher (1870-1955) was born in England. In 1900, he came to China to do trade business. During his business career, he developed a strong interest in traditional Chinese culture and art, and thus began his antique collection.  The vase is superbly potted with rounded shoulders supporting a waisted neck and tapering down to a broad base, exquisitely painted with interlock branches.
