陶一清（1914.1.7 -1986.6.5） 斋号补斋，擅长山水画，中国美术家协会会员，中国画研究会副会长，国画艺术家，教授。自幼学画起自临摹，以两宋名作为范本，参考元、明、清诸名家，鉴于北宗有笔而渲染稍差，尝以南宗弥补，融南北二宗山水于一炉，以造化为师又不断从现实生活中吸取创作素材，并取西洋画之优点，丰富表现内容，努力做到古为今用，洋为中用，主次分明。作品有“远观其势，近收其致”之妙，笔墨纤秀、泼辣兼而有之。喜作大画，笔墨不苟，构思严谨，青绿设色在传统的基础上有所创新，为海内外识者称赏。
